Two hours to deliver food, everytime I rang the lady on the phone just kept telling me another 10 minute the driver is slow, then told me it had left give it 20 minutes. Called back 30 mins later she said it’s leaving in 10/15 minutes so it hadn’t left then eventually tuned up at 8:45 after ordering at 6:50 food was barley warm. I order all the time and never had this experience!!
